    Silver County.........

I was at M R Automotive on friday and spotted a silver county/defender with a 4BD1T fitted, looked like it was having gearbox work carried out ?? I also noticed it was sporting a galvanised chassis and a few other goodies

Just wondered if it belongs to anybody on here ?? Rego number was 195 JVE I think.

It's an army spec TRB LT95 rebuilt by Bearman (Brian). The 110 should be ready to pickup by Thur/Friday. Looking forward to a quieter gearbox. The old one was noisy the whole time I had it. Its a county spec box - no TRB. It might have lasted years or until next week.

    Just got a heap better.

I thought I had an engine noise problem. Most of it was coming from the box.
