It is a green wire with a thin light blue stripe, but what the manual doesn't say is that it's black sheathed for all but the last ~2cms.
It branches off the alternator bundle just before it reaches the alternator.
Well we all knew that, but anyway...
Since I put the engine back in the 110, I wondered a few times why the temp guage wasn't climbing - I thought that the new radiator must really be working well!!!
I had of course forgotten to reconnect the sender wire. Only problem is, I can't find it for the life of me. The Manuel says it should be green and blue, but where should I be looking??? i.e. - does it run past the back of the injector pump to the front? Or from the side???
If you aren't laughing hard enough yet, I can tell you how I took it for its first drive with the rear prop still disconnected, forgetting that the PO had removed the screws retaining the handbrake drum... I heard a "tink-tink" nopise and the drum shot off across 3 lanes...

The clutch on my 83 111 just died completly..new clutch ..slave cylinder and a host of replaceables came to 1200 bucks plus 1400 in labour...drove it home and the fuel pump went which in turn killed the number one injector..that was the week that nearly killed me..qoutes for one injector ranged from 300( isuzu) -600 ( landrover) ..found one at hervey bay for 200 ..and that was a relief...
