Torque for flywheel to crank bolts is 105 to 125 ft lbs - threads lubricated with engine oil.
Torque for flywheel housing to block bolts is 90.4 to 112.1 ft lbs.
With help from several forum members (Thanks Brian and Murray!) I now have the bits necessary to install by rebuilt LT95 w/TRB and clutch. About a year ago I imported a UK spec 110 to the US. The V8 had been replaced with a 4BD1T. The chaps in the UK who did the conversion cut many corners. Small diameter flywheel, associated smaller flywheel housing, small Range Rover V8 clutch...a bunch of SPOTs. I have acquired a rebuilt LT95 with TRB kit, proper Isuzu/LR bellhousing, proper flywheel housing, flywheel, clutch bits etc. and I'm ready to bolt it all back together.
What I don't have is the torque specs for the flywheel to crank bolts and the flywheel housing to block. Anyone have the proper bolt torque specs?
Cheers,
Paul

Flywheel:
29 lb.ft + 60-90 degrees.
Flywheel housing:
101.2+/-10.9 lb.ft.
Inc has a pdf manual you can buy for a reasonable price to support the site.
I had a look in a different manual and copied the following (see pic), which also says to apply engine oil, and tighten to 115 ft lbs.
I checked with Manuel and this is what he says (I was wrong on the hylomar):
Carbon dated Sept. 1988.
So which is right???
