    Mmmm

Mine is commercial ac like Hopsitals and Casinos etc.

I was going to get my coil suppliers to design a special coil and look at a posiible multi row coils.

The new refrig gases are not as efficient as the old R12s etc so you need more coil face area.

You make a good point about the heater coil though , we should fit a valve of some sort to shut it off in summer.

I only asked about the turbo because after the clutch is done , I'm moving on to fitting the loose turbo I have that came with the 110.

I need to do that first and keep the turbo set up as close to the engine as possible to leave room for ac. Unless I go down the rear mount ac system or roof mount / cabin pressurisation system as separate to the heater.

Currently there is just a big empty space where the heater was.

Mine has a short bypass hose from the underside of the thermostat housing to the water pump inlet.

yes but I don’t think its quite that simple. I have seen 2 county’s that have had the fender heater box fitted and a bypass fitted for summer, both owners say that the heater still heats up after a while. I suspect it is the height of the heater core in relation to the motor.

Do we need to change any thing else for the new Gas, the condensers, filter thingy, compressor etc etc

Any way if you get your boys to make up a coil for you make 2 and we will do swaps for bits and peaces

    Techniocally I guess you're right Bush .
It is really a diverter valve ; one inlet , two outlet.

Not sure about the gas change in car ac clean but the new gases R410a and R407C etc in commercial run at a much higher pressure so thicker wall copper pipe is needed.

Mine has a valve fitted, it stops the heat very very well. I will take pics tomorrow if anyone is interested.. This combined with the dual A/C and it is a real ice box in there
