    4BD1 Non Turbo exhaust

I probably should replace the exhaust in my Isuzu 110 as its cracking around the rear of the muffler - not the smartest of design as it looks like it takes a fair bit of leverage. Plus there is a pinhole where the front mudflap bracket rubbed. I was able to weld up this pinhole, so now its a glob of welding the size of a 20c bit

What size would be optimum? & I know I would be able to Turbo it later if I went to 2.5" but would this be a problem if I never get round to it?
    Thanks, David

The same thing happend to us, the exhaust rusted out so we got a 2.5'' system made up and all's good!!
We couldn't realy notice any power increase, but it's got a nice note to it!!!
We got the exhaust guy's to try and bend the exhaust as tight as they could around the front chassis outrigger so we could run 33'' tyres, they did a good job and we are running 33's without a problam now
I'm pretty shore it cost about $450 for the whole system including a muffler, they only had the car for a day aswell
