Looking at replacing the 2nd row seats with Exmoor Highbacks (3 individual seats and recliner kit) will the 3 highbacks be a problem obtaining Eng Cert if the visibility is obstructed

Has anyone done this, and who in Perth can do the Eng Certificate

Any other comments would be appreciated.
