			td5inside @ Ultra4 Racing - King of Portugal

Ultra 4 racing is famous for the King of hammers Race in the USA. The organiser, Dave Cole, has decided to start doing this Races in Europe, and so we had King of Portugal last weekend.

Td5inside was there with 2 Land rovers, both in the C2 category.

 - 103" defender pick-up with 37" tyres and Nissan axles.

 - 90" defender with 35" tyres and full Ashcrofft axles.

Both of the Cars have stock turbo, a bigger intercooler (Allisport and Alard) and a Stage 3+ remap - the pick-up is a bit more pushed up, cause the axles can handle it...

We were gona racing against big guys with over 500bhp so we had to make td5 give it all.. Has promissed here in another thread, we made the car smoke, a lot

First funny thing happend before the race... one of the trailers got damaged, so guess what, we drive the car 250 km each way to the race and back

Once we get there, we got our headquarter

					The Race

The biggest teams from all over Europe where here, and one USA team! Highly modified Buggys, with big tyres, amazing axles, coilover, bypasses and big powerful LS engines. A lot of cars were over 500bhp, one of them claymed the 800bhp figure.

 Some of the guys:

It was a 3 miles rocky section run, to set the order for the next day... we did very well, taking the 8th and the 15th place overall...

Team Buzz Sweets, from the UK, was so impressed with our td5´s performance, that they asked us to help them make theyr engine spin those big 40" tyres

And so we did, and the big td5 is now part of the td5 inside brotherhood
