I just sold one for under $200, I'll try find pics.
Has anyone had a rollcage fabricated for their RRC?
I'm just curious about time & $$$. I am also wondering how much space was sacrificed in the rear for the tubes / floor plates etc.
If anyone has pics of a cage setup, be it 2 or 4 door could they please share?
TIA.

I know Land Rover Special Vehicles made a bunch with internal roll cages (and other mods) for a certain special bunch.

Somehow absence of a rollbar doesn't seem to be a fatal issue in the 2door RRC, surprising given:
Roof stiffness appears to be entirely due to windscreen (drive one with no windscreen)
Number of rollovers in early days - typically blokes not used to a more direct steering (often RRC was wifes car) and overcooking on a downhill corner Sunday night coming down Mt whatever with a load on the roof after the ski weekend.
I think a combo of the safety devices Rollcage + the dash part of the Bolt Equipment cage would make the ultimate cage for the Softdash RRC
Who has looked into the legalities in AU off RRC cage installations, im guessing its all about distance from head? Do they have to be padded?
