    2011 Range Rover Sport Mods?

I've just bought a 2011 Range Rover sport tdv6 and wanting know good mods for it to prevent issues?
    Diff breathers?
    Rust protection?
    Extra filters, upgraded filters
    Computer upgrades?
    Under body protection?
I know this is a very general question, just want to get the right mods from the beginning to make sure this rig lasts a long time.

Congrats on the purchase. They are a nice vehicle.

Under body protection is one good option.

I haven't heard of people fitting pre or additional filters, or doing rust protection.

I think a snorkel is available for the L320, and is handy if in dusty conditions.

Some buy GOE 18" wheels if regularly travelling on rougher roads or where 19" & 20" tyres are less available. However there are some ok 20" tyre options. Again it depends on your use. Many are very happy on the OEM sizes.

Joel, this will be the best area of the forum to get to grips with what to do:

Great, Thanks, I'll check out those forums.
A detachable snorkel would be awesome. Looks nice without one.
I was going to get maybe a set of 17's of an old D2 or something with some 31's or 33's on it just for offroad then have the stock 20's for around town.

Any places you recommend for undernody protection?

For underbody protection, Green Oval Experience out of Perth has a good range and is well regarded by many on this forum.
Green Oval Experience Land Rover training, Range Rover modifcation

A more local option in Brisbane is APT Fabrication, although the full range of plates are still under development.

I have APT sliders, compressor plate and front plate on my D4 and consider them to be excellent.

The first piece of protection you need to consider for going offroad is the air suspension compressor guard.
It is somewhat vulnerable, being located just in front of the passenger rear wheel and sitting partially lower than the chassis rail.
A D3/D4 guard should fit an L320 RRS being a common chassis but there may be subtle fitment differences.

Further underbody protection really depends on what kind of terrain you intend to take the RRS.

Another area worth reading is the FAQs in the D3/D4 section.
This is because there is so much shared between the vehicles and the D3/D4 section is more active.
You'll find a lot of relevant info. For example engine/transmission/wheels

Regarding engine chipping, there are a few options. Here's one that is very highly regarded:
BAS Performance Remaps. Landrover tuning at its best!

An aftermarket option that allows better control over suspension height that is really worth considering is Llams:
