    De-cat downpipe for D3

Seeking help for my de-cat downpipe exhaust I have for my TDV6 D3, I have this big piece of metal and has been sitting in my garage for a while now as I try to think of how I’m going to install it. I have heard from my own knowledge and my mates that if I install it without a tune or O2 sensor spacers that I will get an engine light as the car with think i am running too lean/rich. I have the O2 spacers as well as i was going to install with those but there are no holes for the O2 sensors… thinking of drilling some holes in and tapping some threads in but thought I’d come here to learn from the best.
The exhaust is the Terrafirma de-cat downpipe TF564. If anyone has managed to or would like to fit a decat downpipe onto their D3/D4 and knows how to do it, I would like to see/hear about how you have/would do it.

A TDV6 is a Diesel and doesn't have 02 Sensors. I removed the DPF (yours won't have one, mine was an import), and a De-Cat downpipe is on my long term todo list.

Its a simple bolt up if they got the alignment right...

No sensors to trick or adjust...
