    Gambles?

    Gday

    For the shooters/hunters out there, where do you get hold of a set of gambles?

    (Type of hook that you tie to a rope, then string in a tree for cleaning animals)

    I may have to borrow a set off the old man and get a few made by a black smith

    I saw a heap of stainless ones at the Longford meatworks. Ask one of the butchers and you might get lucky. I got a good set from Ecosalve but they shut it down...

    I never got that far

    I ended up buying 4m of 12mm stainless round bar from Mclaine Stainless in Rocherlea. I reckon I'll have a go at making them myself
