Does anyone know of an Australian Jaguar Forum. I have googled without any success. I am a member of a couple of overseas forums but have not been able to find anything local.

There's certainly Jaguar Owners Clubs, so I presume you've done a search via them? Or contact club secretaries and they should be able to help.

Some clubs have forums but you have to be a member of their club to use them.
