    It's not a GTR-X thats for sure.
Nor is it a Bolwell, or a Purvis or any of the other apprently too obvious ones that first spring to mind.
    It's not even a Hurricane.

The exterior of this one looks good but the inside is uglier than a $2 whore.

Tough one - may need more clues !
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Oh come on - any teenager in the 70s who was interested in cars would have know about this car - very famous at the time but like many brilliant ideas came to nothing - threatened the oil industry at a time when oil prices sky rocketed - and it was Australian.

The innovative part of this car is not the car itself but its engine.

    Nope.

Was the star exhibit of the 1973 Sydney Motor Show

    Steam

There is no immediate prospect of steam power making a come back on the road; steam is not the victim of a conspiracy theory, the thermodynamics are just not right. The most recent Australian link with automotive steam seems to be the various experimental Pritchard steam cars built during the 1960s and 1970s, and the prototype of 1972 .

    GVANG, The original Update

An interesting concept. I'd never heard of it.

This one has already been mentioned...

I remember drooling over it at the Motor Show about 1968. No rear view mirror, there was a small TV in the dash. What we'd now call a reversing camera.
