    They can build them to 18,000rpm but if it's about the noise, then V8's sound heaps better at lower revs.

    Not like ordinary cars, but relavant technology that can be recognised by people who aren't necessarily F1/high level afficianados as something that is related to a system of or part of what they drive or is being touted as the next big thing in daily cars. Not something that will be 50 years away.
