Thread: 2012 McLaren F1

Never realised just how loong a F1 car is these days,, just the nose is huge,,
lots of gap between front tyres and wing,
and how skinny is the rear track?!?

As the only car on the grid not to feature the platypus nose I think it'll be interesting to see if they can make this look work.....and if either McLaren or the other manufacturers change their designs mid-season.

I'm glad the off-throttle blown exhaust is banned this year - less aerodynamic grip = more driver talent required.

Itching to get this season started!
