Naturally anyone with a soul would love an E-Type, but as far as mortals go... picture 4 .... yes please. MUCH nicer tahn a new Hyundai....

I;ve seen one converted with modern air con etc etc but at $47K it was a bit steep !

I;d also heard that there were two SS Jags buried in the grounds of the British Consulate in Singapore just before the place fell... and dug up after the war. Not sure whether it's true or not...
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Remember someone on a TV show about classic cars saying they would not put their hand under the sill of a Jag due to the danger of tetanus from all the jagged rusty metal.

The rust under the rear side window of the two door Jag is a problem common to most cars of this style. First problem is it is difficult to spray into this area over the wheel arch so it often get little paint or rust proofing. Second the drains block making a bad situation worse.

    Thumbs up

I've lived in the Toowoomba "area", so, where were these pics taken.
I'm a car "freak", but not particularly into Jags, but of the pictures shown, I'll go for a Mk IV, sedan or conv., doesn't matter.
Over the years, "Jaguar" has not enjoyed a particularly good "reputation" in Aus,...unreliable, rustbuckets, problematical electrics, etc etc etc.
BUT, THAT IS NOW CHANGING,....look out for "JLR" (Jaguar Land Rover) in the future,....they are "on the move", particularly after their purchase by Tata, who must be laughing their tits off, after reviewing the ridiculously small acqusition price they paid.
