BMKal, you beat me to it! The FD RX-7 is one of the best looking cars to come out of Japan without question (I'm a little biased having previously owned an RX-7 and an RX-4 though)
One of my earliest memories of anything is being read the "Gumdrop" books by Val Biro, featuring a 1926 Austin Heavy 12/4 Clifton Tourer. So this one has a very soft spot for me:
The Furai is pretty amazing looking:

And I'll post it 'just because I like it'. The oldest memory I have from any car book/magazine/show/anything-at-all is a photo of this car in the book The Age Of Cars which my grandmother gave me a copy of when I could barely read. I love this car. I'll see if I can find the photo I remember seeing in that book!

The young bloke also has an RX4 coupe in his shed - it's his "project car". He has a 13B and all the running gear for it, virtually identical to what's in the RX7. Body is completely restored and primed, ready for paint. Only thing missing really is the interior.
He bought it from someone down near Bunbury a while back and he and a mate took it up to Kal on a trailer. Don't know if he will get around to finishing it though - he's spoken of selling it on a couple of occasions.
I'm a fan of the RX4 coupe too - reckon it was also one of the best looking models that Mazda released.

What an interesting Jeep, looks like it is a Dutch or German post WW11 military one, with the white parkers by the blackout driving lights (2) unshielded, and the side body indicators![]()
