    MoveLater2 Bathurst 2017.

Can't wait, the big day is almost upon me.
Telecast starts from Thursday, &, of course, I shall be watching.
Numerous practice sessions, qualifying, strategies, shoot out, problems etc etc, it'll all be happening!
But it's not only the racing, there's a nice bit of tucker involved too, my "Bathurst Big Breakfast", which will be served up to me around 7.00am Sunday morning,...a couple of fried eggs, sausages, fried potatoes, a few rashers of bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes & a couple of pieces of fried bread,....aahh...I can smell it already!
Of course, I know from previous comments that not many of you guys will be watching, but I've been watching it since the 327 Monaro days,.... remember when Ch 7 "televised" it, & they used to "cross" to Casey & Jack's "World Of Sport" supposedly for ONE hour, I remember one year when it was almost THREE,....a few phone calls were made to Ch 7 that day!!....don't have to worry about that now, so all is good!
My "tip",...Whincup/Dumbrell, although at Bathurst the best of plans can go wrong for a multitude of reasons,....I'll be interested to see how Richie Stanaway goes, I can see a big future for him.
I know there are a HUGE number of enthusiasts on the Forum,....Lol!!,....but I shall nevertheless enjoy conversing with you all.
Looking forward to "The Great Race", Pickles.
NB:The Brock Commodore Owners Association of Australia, of which I am a founding member, is having their "Brocktober" function at Bathurst during the race weekend, so there will be many nice Brock Commodores to be seen.

Pickles, I think this thread will generate a lot of "conversation" and although Wingecup has a great team behind him, I can't help but wonder what team directions he is going to ignore this time.

Getting a bit ahead of yourself Pickles, Bathurst 2018 is about fifty-three weeks away.

Would like to see Loundsy upstage his other so called team mates.

I just hope is a good close race , I still think Chas Mostert's win in the Pepsi falcon a few years ago , and the fact he had not been in the lead at any stage in the race till the final half lap is the best I have seen in recent years.

I will be tuned in watching it unfold.

    Cheers Ean

Despite me being a naysayer of V8's as they are these days, I will be watching it - maybe not like I used to glued to the telly, but certainly the first hour and throughout the day as I'm working outside on the deck - hmmm, might even take the time to stick the spare 42" telly outside - I've been meening to hang it under the verandah for a while now so I can watch the box while in the spa - could be the perfect excuse.

As I'm out of the loop big time I've got no idea who is racing and who half the drivers are for that matter, but I'll do a bit of homework between now and then and come back to you on who I'll be going for.

Enjoy your breakfast Pickles - sounds like you're on a winner.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
