* Vehicle transport quotations are subject to change at any time if not booked within 12 hours from the time of quotation and are valid only for vehicles booked for pickup within 5 days. Future bookings are welcome however if the price needs to change we will notify you 5 days prior to pickup and you may then cancel for no charge within 2 days if you wish.
* Depot locations may vary from time to time although they will normally be in the same area. Exact locations will be advised after booking.
* Maximum vehicle Length 5100 mm including towbar. Maximum width 1900 mm. Longer or wider vehicles are charged at twice the quoted price as they will take up part of an additional spot on the car carrier that cannot be used for anything else.
* Maximum vehicle Height 1650 mm (1900 mm for Recreational/Light Commercial). Additional charges will apply for non compliant vehicles.
* We cannot move vehicles with anything else (eg: spare parts, CDs, blankets or luggage etc.) in or on them, or in their boot at the Normal vehicle price. The only exceptions are a rear mounted spare wheel or a firmly secured baby seat. Please also remove all covers and tarpaulins prior to transit.
* If you intend to have goods in your vehicle, you must advise us at time of booking and book the correct service from the outset or a $110 relocation fee will apply.
Please note limit is 5 suitcases or equivalent, and goods must not obscure the windows.
No legal liability whatsover is accepted for loss or damage to the goods or the vehicle as a result of the goods being in it.
* Non drivable and lowered vehicles: All vehicles must be drivable and have a minimum ground clearance of 150 mm to be moved at the normal prices. (Please ensure that the exhaust clearance is over 150 mm)
If your vehicle is non drivable or lowered please ensure that you advise us at time of booking and book the correct service from the outset or a $110 additional charge may apply. Please note that longer transit times may also apply.
* If a vehicle is damaged, oversized, lowered or has modifications please call to discuss prior to booking as it will impact on the price and may impact on any drop-off or collection depot locations.
* Transit times cannot be guaranteed. Any transit time estimates that we provide are based on long term averages.
The actual time taken to move your vehicle could be more or less and can change at any time due to vehicle breakdowns, train derailments, demand and capacity fluctuations, and many other operational issues both within and outside our control.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise that you do not to plan any usage for a vehicle at the delivery end until you are notified that it has actually arrived. If timing is of importance, an express delivery trip can be arranged at a rate of $1.50 per km on a round trip basis.
Your payment by Visa, Mastercard or EFT will need to be received before your vehicle will be collected or accepted at a depot.
Please note: All jobs are carried out in accordance with the ATTACHED agreed TERMS and CONDITIONS of CONTRACT. If you do not receive the attachment please let us know before booking so we can mail or fax you a copy, or ensure that you read a copy on our website.
