G'day Jase and other 'Embarrassments".:D:D Jason, further to my phone call to you today as promised I have uploaded some photo's of the POW camp at Cowra and also the Japanese Gardens:D:D

The FA18 Hornet, we were about 15metres from the plane and the noise was unbelievable, especially when he taxied off just after this photo was taken.

When we returned to the motel at Young we saw this 1925 Studebaker parked there. We introduced ourselves to the owner who said he was at the air show also.
The car originally belonged to Kate Leigh from the razor gang mobs in Sydney around the 1930's. It also appeared on the "Underbelly" series a couple of years ago. We were very interested as the owner told us the history of the vehicle.:D Note Mrs Aus giving it the "professional" lookover!!!

Unfortunately a lot of it appeared a bit rundown, but it was still nice. We saw these Swans while we were there, ain't they cute.:D

We would have liked to spend more time in the Cowra area, but time was against us, will get back there one day and have a good look around.:D:D
Oh, nearly forgot to mention. When the Studebaker left the Motel next morning there was a great oil spot on the ground. Studebaker must have had lessons from LandRover on leaving oil marks everywhere.:p
Me again, they didn't make LandRovers in 1925 did they, oh, well Studebaker must have taught LandRover how to mark it's territory.
:Rolling:
Great pics Jim:) Cowra is a pretty interesting place isn't it?
Great to hear you and Mrs Aus had a terrific time:D
