There the brackets on the top of the chassis at the front. The bottom of the radiator sits in the top of them. I have some pics but they on my phone. I'll turn the computer on later so can post em. There's some in the Harry thread in a blue stage one someone posted for me. Mowed the lawn today & managed to put my right hand threw the whipper snippet Karen was being nice & started the mowing & I stopped to say go up here first & held the wip nip in my left hand with the spiny bit behind me then swung my right hand behind me saying to Karen to start up there & it went straight into the spiny bit. They make a mess for something that's good for doing the edges around tyres or trees. Ah well a couple of fingers & the inside of my wrist will be black by morning I recon. When we finished the lawns we had lunch then I went & sanded some more panels. I'm hoping by the end of the weekend I'll have everything sanded & possibly in primer except for the baulked.

Got my bionic ears today for a trial period. I have to start gradually by wearing them for just an hour on the first day and gradually increasing so the old brain gets used to the information being fed into my ears.

    They do make a difference.

after a bit of thought I ended up buying this just a few days ago. It took a while to go and get it and come back. Fingers crossed I have no issues with it.

    All Clear - Eyes

    Hello All,

I am writing this little note from Bundaberg = home; from where I am until flying back to my new workplace on Sunday. I visited the eye specialist on Wednesday to check the amount of clearance between my new lenses and my eyes. I got the all clear from the specialist; in fact the words "perfect fit" were used!

With the distance vision set at the 6 metre mark of eye charts I can read the bottom line independently with each eye. Now that the distance part of my vision is stabilised I only have to go to a chemist and buy a set of magnification x 2 so I can read computer screens and books with my right eye. Apparently the new contact lenses are for distance vision and I am lucky that it also corrects my left eye so I can read books and computer screens. My right eye still needs the x 2 glasses to read things up close.

Just like Jim and his new bionic ears I have to build up getting my right eye reading things up close again as it has left all the close work up to my left eye. I am thinking about getting a monocle for reading as my left eye does not need any magnification at all. "Hogannnnn!!!!" Oh that bit refers to what Colonel Wilhelm Klink used to say ...

Well that is it for me for the moment.

    Kind Regards
    Lionel

Had the "ears" on today for five hours, watched a couple of movies on the old teev. I wasn't constantly reaching for the volume control on the TV remote, like I used to.
