Air temp of 16ºC to 35ºC - don't they know? Canberra rarely gets double digits in the 'off summer' seasons!
and... they suggest I 'cure' it in the oven at 3 differing temperatures?

& i was going to say put it in the oven first to heat it up then paint it.

No, they won't let me home yet, but I feel as fit as a Mallee bull. Still have blood issues to sort, too much Royal Blue in the veins I think.
