Karen said i have to do this slow ..Instead of when after tea when Karen has forgot to pick something up threw the day instead of just letting her go & get she told me if i just say righto grab your bag i will run you down to get it..Which i ended up doing monday night after tea on a full stomach to & no it didn't kill me & again Karen was just happy that she didn't have to drive around to do on her own...
