well so far my first 2 flights have been delayed and when i get to brussles i have 40 minutes before my next flight and they close the gates 20 minutes before so it is not looking very good for me getting that flight.
Also it seems that there isnt another etihad flight for a while after that so there might go a nights payed hotel stay.
    not happy

Tony, you should find that those middle eastern airlines look after you very well in times of trouble (more so if you are a frequent flyer with them). I've flown Etihad a few times and they have been very good.

When things don't go so well, in my experience the ones that look after you very well are SE Asian airlines, (Singapore, then Cathay Pacific, then Thai and Malaysian) then the Middle Easterns (Etihad and Emirates), then the likes of BA and Qantas, then way down the list are the American Airlines, and right at the very bottom, the Chinese ones.

In my last job I had one year where I flew nearly 230,000 miles (and I'm not a pilot).

    Jason,
We all have to go sometime, and it is not something that anyone enjoys.
One of the things that I regret most is that I never got to say goodbye to my Dad.
Maybe you could settle a few demons, just by saying goodbye, entirely up to you mate.
Once again, thinking of you and family
    Best regards
    Brian.

You know my feelings about my old man, Jase, which I won't repeat here. What you do is for you and only you and your conscience to decide. Good luck mate.

I think he is about 65 ish..Has cancer in the lymphnodes ..Started as a sun spot i think..Apperently he does'nt want his kids there while his dieing.Step mother & 2 step sisters & step brother & there kids Plus my half sister & her husband ...Other then that i not to sure..Already had a txt off my sister last week said , Dallas wants to know if Cody & Mac wanna go see oldman Kristy can pick them up..Thats is new girlfreind .My kids dont know her from a bar of soap.I asked em if they wanted to got see him both said what the hell,We dont even know him..I say thats his fault as i dont have a problem so i should of been going to his place so he could see them..See my problem is all in my head thats all it is nothing else..Mind you i have wanted & tryed to take my life before that was nothing..See everyone has to run after him cause he is so all inportant..Dunno if i was to go see him i think it would just stir up more anxieties..My brother only asked cause he is like him so much ..he was just looking for the browny points..Micayala has my problems aswell so there would be noway she would go with anyone she does'nt know. She has enough trouble going anywhere with people she does know.He has made NO effort to visit us what so ever & just completely bags the **** out off us to everyone..

I do know this could be a hard one. I personally do think you should go to see him just to say goodby. Then no one in the family can ever blaim you for not going to see him. Make it a quick five minute visit if you want. It is too late to argue with him, just say came to see him but do tell him you will not stop long at his bedside, is my suggestion.

But I cannot claim that my suggestions are always correct, but I do thinkit is best if you did see him. It just when he has gone it is too late.

I have a lot of reading material to go through but most likely I will end up watching movies
bit late to tell you now, but a set of headphones will block out some noise.
