Hi mate, the ones with R in the model name denote a rechargeable model. The P5, X21 and also the M7 from my second post are all available in rechargeable versions.

They have an internal batteray which can be plugged into a car cig lighter (cig lighter charger is extra) but they come with a USB charger so you can plug into a laptop or a wall plug in charger.

The X21 comes with a cradle which can be screwed to a wall in the house so it can be hung up to charge when not in use.

Wolfeye are on par with Led Lenser but as far as i know the wolf eye is rechargeable is that right?

Both a top quality torch, general LED Lenser torches are cheaper than the Wolf Eye torch because they are not rechargeable. The Police tech focus is very similar to the wolf eye in terms of performance so I am lead to believe.

As with all cheaper suppliers from Hong Kong on ebay they lack after sales service and warranty care. Im am an authorised supplier of the products and can honour manufacturers warranty. Not to mention the hong kong supplier doesnt support AULRO.

Can you put me down for a Police Tech Focus. Are we able to purchase additional pouches. I have 2 of the Classic David 19 which are excellent torches. The main problem I have is that the velcro on the pouches wears out after a while and will not stay closed. I use my torch for about 2 hrs a day/every weekday and it is constantly getting put in and out of the pouch.

No worries at all, just let me know the dimensions of the torch and I'll check the catalogue and find a pouch to suit.

Hmm, thought you'd still prefer the maglite on the job as opposed to the lenser, the lenser just wouldn't have the same "effect" as the maglite

I got a lenser, great jigger, couple mates have those big ****ers, pretty awseome thing

Yeah but the maglite is not supposed to be used in 'that' way and it would be wrong of me to do so. Besides, expandable battons do way more damage, but with a taser the batton never comes out of its pouch.

The problem is at work is that half of the maglites dont work, or the chargers in the vehicles are broken so they are flat. Most of the guys, and girls, at work have their own because you just cant rely on the police issue ones to work.
