Dave,
Are both plastic and steel tanks equally susceptible to fouling?
Cheers,
Tod.
as part of the other thread...
Those of you who want it done and can make it to Ipswich
Ive got a drum of BIOCide and since the swealtery snot growing Weather is approaching/here For those of you who'd like your tanks dosed drop me a line to confirm a time and drop on round.
Have the following
the total quantity of your fuel tank if you have other than the standard tank size.
about 1/4 a tank of fuel
Money so you can head down to one of the local servos on your way out to fill the tank.
OR
A fresh Jerry of diesel that I can mix the biocide into for you to tip into the tank later.
If you go the jerry route dont forget to drain all your other jerries and tip the dosed fuel through them all on the way into your fuel tank leaving the fuel to stand in each jerry for about 10 minutes prior to moving it on.
