I work about 10 mins away from the pickup point, but have been back and forth to NZ a bit for work lately so not 100% sure I'll be here (especially if the date flexes a bit).
Happy to be the consignee if no-one else puts up their hand, but would probably be better if someone more stable could take it on.

I'm happy to be consignee if needs be.

As I understand it, we all meet at a set time (lunchtime or thereabouts), and divvy up the boxes.

    Steve,

I can grab yours if you're away. Repay of the favour of you collecting mine last year.

    Ean,

Looks like I may need to adjust my order, sorry.

A guy at work has advised that he's got a few money issues leading into Christmas, and may have to cancel his order (couple of boxes). Will have a definite answer for you Monday, and I will confirm my complete order with you then, if that's ok??

    No Worries Brenno,

The consignee is just a name that we can use as a contact and who will be the person who goes into the coldstore, with the others waiting outside, or thats how they do it up here.

Let me know monday with the final tally no problems.

    Cheers Ean

Its the same deal down here Ean. Everyone eagerly waits in the carpark for the consignee to emerge with a forklift and pallet of prawns.
Hopefully this year the storeman doesn't have another brain freeze and leave the pallet in the truck for the return trip to Adelaide like last year

Tell me about it, I lost a good costomer over that because all her staff abused her for not getting their orders, so this year she told them all where to go..good for her and I dont blame her..but not good for me
