    Individually is fine.

Me three. I have Maxi drive front lockers on 2 cars. The locker incorporates a custom splined halfshaft that is integral to the locking mechanism (see below).

Dare I say, the HD replacement AEU2522 sized CVs (without halfshafts) would be of interest to a few people with Maxidrives up front, especially now that OEM AEU2522 are no longer made and the CV's are the weakest link in the setup.

    I hear you I hear you !!!

    BUT
Oz was the big market for the Maxi drive unit. I have only seen one in the US. Just one and I get around.

    But BUT
I can have some Top Job CVs made that would be equivalent to or exceed Maxi drive quality. In order to do this I will need 10 people to order so we can keep the cost down.
Let me know what you guys think

I am not sure I understand your post. Maxi-Drive never made CVs. We are all running AEU2522 CVs (originally fitted to 1983-1992 110/127s).

These are 24-spline outer and 23 spline inner, but have a longer shaft than those you are currently offering.

If you can make these then put me down for 1 pair (no axle shafts needed).

Put me down for a pair of CV's without axle shafts as well... potentially two pairs depending on cost.

Apologies BTW for not making it clear that Maxi drive used pre-defender 110 CV's (AEU2522's) - thanks for clearing that up Ben. This is the reason CV's are the weakest link on a front Maxidrive locker. Dare I say there'd be a few of those floating about in Oz. If we had an order of 10 units, would you be able to supply these as AEU2522 replacement CV only?

    Cheers

What the guys are after is basically an equivalent to Ashcrofts CVE or Early type cv's,which are a direct fit replacement for the AEU2522 Cv's.

Are the units you are selling Keiths old stock or is he working behind the scenes since closing"Roving Tracks"?

Or if you are getting some made, how about broached for a 23 spline input shaft, and, say a 24 spline or larger count female spline for the output with a separate stub shaft, a la the RRC CV's ? (or the Kam ones ?)

I intend to do what Serg is doing and convert to the wide stubs/hubs and was going to do what he's done, use the RRC CV with a Hi-Tuff 10 spline stub shaft.

I full understand what they are after.
A true HD CV that is a direct replacement for an AEU2522.
