Thread: 5 Speed GM 5L40E Valvebody suit Range Rover 3.0 Litre 6-cyl Turbo Diesel

After many years of trying to repair worn out 5L40E Valve Bodies I tracked down a supplier for Brand New complete units. I normally stock these for my personal use only as they are hard to get but i have a new order of units coming so i am happy to sell off some current stock.

The Valve Body Unit is complete with solenoids ready to bolt on and use. Its good practice to only bolt new valve bodies to rebuilt transmissions but they can also prolong the life of an older transmission if the sump is clean when removed. Even if you buy it now and store it until you need it as GM may stop production at any time.
