Ean will then email each person an individual invoice.
However we will all need to collect the prawns on the same time and day as they will be sent as a single consignment.

i'll be looking for approx 10 to12 Kg prawns and 4 or 5 Kg bugs.

Ean....Ben......i'm a little confused with how the payments happen, buggered if i can remember what we did last year......in Ean's first post it mentions one invoice - one payment.

i read it as i collect all the money for the brisbane members and pay Ean i.e one transaction

or

do we each pay Ean and i am just the nominated person at the depot

Ben I need you to collect the $$ and the deposit it as 1 amount into the nominated acc. I can supply 1 invoice with each persons order listed on the that invoice and copies of that can be made if people need/want it, but it needs to be 1 payment against 1 invoice.

We need to be able to have tracability because I charge the freight to us, so 1 payment/1 invoice/1 con-note.

This is how we did it last year, when we had our boat I could individually invoice each person and they paid direct into my account so I could follow it, but as its a brissie account that I dont have access to I need to have a paper trail that the accounts people can follow.

You will need to pay me the money before Ean despatches the order.
For collection though, we will all need to turn up on the collection day outside Toll, as I do not have sufficient freezer space to store everyone's order.

Collection is usually around 8 am from near the international airport.
