This looks like a great setup. PM me as well please Carl. I could then use my existing 2nd battery tray for my compressor.

I'm interested to know what type of compressor that is in your pics.

    Cheers,

    John

    Hi Guys,

I'm still waiting on the batch I had ordered; unfortunately they're both running late, and have made too few (not happy).

These will be a slightly improved design from the photos in the first post, see the attachment for a render (batteries not included). I'll update the first post when I have some to take actual photos of.

John> My compressor is a "viair" type, 100% duty cycle apparently, sold by Air On Board on eBay - was around $100.

    Cheers,

    Carl

Thanks, Carl. In my case there is no hurry, I'll wait. Plenty of other things to do!

Registering my interest if you could PM when available. I'm not in a rush as I only replaced my main battery last year, but I'd like to purchase one to put on my shelf until I'm ready to fit.
Also have a mate seeking one - so I'll take two so that we can combine for the freight.

Hey guys I've got one of Carl's trays that I won't be using due to other expenses. In the body and external parts for sale.

Sent from my HTC_0P6B using AULRO mobile app

Just an update on the trays. I got a some from the fabricators last week, and they're not quite right - they do fit, but need some slight modifications. PM me if you're interested, these will go for a discounted price, but are sold as "seconds".

So I've revised the design again, and will order more next week after I get one last prototype; there will be enough for all the interested people, and I'll contact you all when they're in and ready to go.

I received the battery trays from the fabricators yesterday; very sorry for the delay to those who have been waiting.

These are a revised design that is better finished than the previous trays. They have been laser cut and precision folded to a very high standard, they're then powder coated with a zinc undercoat and black topcoat - I'm very happy with how these have turned out.

If you're still interested in one, you can get more information and order through my new website: Overland Designs

    Cheers, Carl
