    G'day Andy,
I haven't designed a non winch version yet, but as you can see in this picture, the winch cradle is welded in between two flat plates at either end, so basically you could do whatever you like in the same space.

If you just don't want to fit a winch but want to retain the same strength and similar look, then the simplest modification would be to cut the front plate down like in the picture below. This would allow plenty of space to fit larger driving lights within the bar, or whatever else you want to fit in there.

    Cheers, Murray

Just mount your rego plate to that plate and then if you change your mind and add a winch later, its still there ready for the install.

The bars look great Murray, looking forward to seeing photo's of the 90 fitted with the deluxe bar you mentioned.

Here's the first picture I have of one of the bars, on a Puma 90.
It's great to finally see one fitted up to a Defender.

    Cheers, Murray

    Geez your temping me Murray!!!

The only thing stopping me getting this great looking bar on the new 130 is the fact that we are considering putting brush bars on

with the last car being written off and the defenders never going to be made in their current form we are thinking protecting protection, protection!

Looks great Murray, I showed that 90 to Emma and she's excited.

I will contact you closer to her D90s delivery date to organise the order.

Look forward to catching up with you.

I have definitely considered designing one for the Perentie chassis (rear wheel carrier too), just way too busy at the moment to dedicate time to new products.
I would love to sell my 130 and replace it with a 110 Perentie...........it would sure make it easier to measure things up if I had one sitting in the driveway

The bar would probably look good powder coated in drab olive too.

    G'day Chris,
Yeah, this bar isn't really intended for 'Skippy' deflection, although it provides a lot more protection than the standard bumper. Everyone has their own requirements for the type of driving you mostly do.
