Perhaps a silly question, but is there a chance that you could customise for an order - and add the side bar loops so it's got that conventional bull bar look?

No not a silly question, I have been discussing this with another member. I said I would only do it if it looked ok on this style of bar. I'll post a mock up pic when I get back to my other computer.

Murray, I would be keen to see your 'modified' mock up as well.

Do you have any profile shots of the bar fitted to the 90 you have posted?

What does the bar weigh out of interest?

    Thanks

    Mick

    G'day Mick,
That's the only picture I have of a fitted bar at the moment, no profiles yet.

The standard bar weighs approx 37kgs without any extras.

In the picture below I've Photoshopped the side bars and raised the middle bar so the side bars are above the lights.

    Cheers, Murray

    I actually quite like that......

I could see that on with a couple of head light guards on behind it....although Im not sure I would like it if the hoops were to much of a thinner bar than the rest

I just tried to incorporate the light guards on to your picture as if they were built in to the bar too but couldn't get a decent enough picture to photoshop on to see what it would look like

    G'day Paul,
There is a 3mm thick bracket wrapped up in the smaller parts. It goes on the back of the front fairlead plate as you can see in this pic.

I haven't had time to write up some fitting instructions yet, so the first few customers with the bars have had to wing it

    Cheers, Murray
