Chris. I would have thoughts the results on a Defender (them being manuals)would be very similar.
You have probably read Nick S post #124, but if you haven't go back and have a read.
Anyone running this setup on on a manual d2 i realy would like to hear real world experience![]()

Dave.
I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
1983 RR gone (wish I kept it)

I finally got around to fitting up the new turboI'm just waiting for the new remap to arrive, but first thoughts are it is pretty good. Even on half and quarter throttle. I need to install the boost box as I'm getting fuel cut off. Will update once new map and boost box installed.
Cheers
Chris
You'll have a ball Chris, the 130 is a new beast with the turbo, boost box, IC and remap. Spent the weekend up around Mansfield and it is just as good in the bush, so much torque make tackling steep stuff very controllable, but you should have seen the face on a Landcruiser driver I passed on the way home doing about 120 going up a long hill on the highway back to Melb. Don't think he'd ever been passed by a Landy covered in mud going that fast uphill hehehe
Nick
The new map will improve the the power and torque again. I was amazed at the difference on the 130
Boost is at 20 psi max and yes an EGT gauge is a must
