I got an Allisport IC and no problems so far apart from having to change to those bolt type clamps instead of hose clamps as I kept blowing off the hose at the turbo outlet

Out of interest and I'll probably get a quicker response (as I reckon Jose may be a bit busy :) )
What does the turbo come with? gaskets etc or do I have to get them too? any pics of the turbo and fittings?
Still debating on the intercooler as I havent split the intercooler recently :)

Mine came with manifold gasket, nuts and a boost box + a couple of tD5 Inside stickers.

I have a busted manifold stud (200000K's before it broke!) so was debating a full kit as sold on the likes of ebay which include all gaskets or just specific ones.. I think I'll go the full kit as then i'll have them for the oil return etc.
Time to transfer some money to Jose.. i'm assuming, as he didnt specify, that paypal is the transfer method??

Me Too I have Disco 2 G4 TD5,
Im still wiating a turbe + Box + map Stage3
My config is Big intercooler, EGR removed exhaust manifold CJM and K&N filter
My question the silcone hoses is mondatory ?

I changed mine to silicone as the cost was small compared to all the other bits that were going on, the existing hoses were old and people had reported problems with the stock ones like delamination etc so I thought why not change them when I had it all apart

Well thats that ordered.. hopefully hear some confirmation from Jose that he has the funds etc soon.. and then hopefully it will arrive soon as I deliberated for too long and need it before xmas so had to pay for fast delivery!
