What's Inc going to do with the extra $5 I wonder
Ive tracked down some stuff Im going to let it go in a tender style auction closing next friday at say 2000. All monies raised go straight to inc (minus the extra stuff to cover transport)
Heres the rules.
1. Questions on the items will be asked in this thread and answered in like
2. Bids will only be accepted in PM to me with the words "AULRO Tender bid" in the title
3. If your going to bid you get one bid only.
4. your bid does not cover delivery
5. winners will be posted in this thread along with second and 3rd place
6. if the winner is unable to organise pick up or shipment (that does not include any delays that may be caused by my circumstance) within a week then the second place getter will be pm'd for pickup and the same for third.
7. any items not bid on or having transport organised prior to DEC 01 will be lost to EBAY.
8. AULRO courier service is the preferred transport method.
The items
about 15-20 Feet of heavy canvas backed rubber matting, This is the stuff that makes decent track matts/sand matts. I'll cut it into 4 pieces and this will go as 2 sets of 2.
4 fire hoses without nozzles but with the QD fittings, condition unknown but they look the part.
10 or so green pin flags, about the right height for track markings and for use as water crossing marker stakes.
A 4 burner BBQ with a stainless steel surround and cover works but needs a new regulator and gas bottle,
What appears to be an ex mill SIII landrover Jack should work but I havent tested it needs a handle
A small portable oxy/acytelene torch with regs and short hoses typical of the stuff used by plumbers and glass workers.
best of luck.

You can pay up to $150 each for those London Round hose fittings when new. Could be a bargain there for somebody.
