An Army on the ropes. What will happen to the Bundeswehr ?
The German Army is a parliamentary Army, which needs the permission of Parliament to be deployed. Since conscription was finished, it is under trained, and under manned, but still deployed to UN operations in Africa. Now the Defence Minister wants to form a European force for Syria, along with Turkey and Russia. So, this video, Army on the ropes.
