    Is the NSW Health system being overwhelmed with this outbreak? Should contact tracing teams from States better off virus wise be sent to relieve the pressure? Is the system near breaking point? All valid questions that must be answered , in case NSW loses control of this delta wave. Save NSW, or lose Australia, is the danger.

    The Wiradjuri people of Western NSW believe this is their worst health crisis since colonisation, and 'Riverbank' Frank Doolan says " if they expect every blackfella West of the Blue Mts. to book on line, then a lot of people are going to die. " 66% of Dubbo's positive cases are aboriginal.

    From the New York Times WIRED;

    America is giving booster vaccines, and the poorer Nations are furious. All talk about Global Equity is being seen as just talk

    " Americans led the fight against AIDS, We led the fight to eradicate Smallpox", says Lawrence Gostin, Faculty Director of the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University. " I find it really shocking that in a Global crisis that is truly unprecedented , we have not chosen to lead in the same way."

    Qld wants to see new reopening modelling. The Qld Premier says vaccination targets for re-opening the country were premised on 30 COVID-19 cases being in the community, and new modelling on the risk of opening up is needed. The Premier says while Qld has the virus under control, the risk of it spreading from NSW & Victoria remains high. Qld has administered first doses to 46.6 % of the eligible population and two doses to 27.6%. The Doherty Institute modelling was was premised on an 80% vaccination along with about 30 in the community, and new research is needed.
