Smaller torque wrench?

Hmm ta the Norbars mentioned in that document start at the TT100 (no mention of any smaller ones, though I presume they exist).

Know a norbar or W&B retailer in Brisbane?

I know some people will be horrified to consider this but SuperCheap have 1/2, 3/8 and 1/4 drive torque wrenches, all around the $80 mark.
I have just bought a Gasweld 1/2 drive wrench for $45.
