Thread: drover camper trailers

Hi all I am looking at a new camper trailer and have come accross drover campers Drover Campers | Camper Trailer manufacturer save up to 50% off normal retail prices has anybody had anything to do with these trailers or know anything about them. I have not located a dealer here in the west so I am unable to check them out properly.

Any comment would be appreciated

I haven't heard of them before and I have been researching Campers for some time however as I bought about a year ago I stopped my looking.

Not saying thats a bad thing though. What I would ask the company is if they have any customers that you could contact.

My issue is that the trailer and top are made overseas. I have heard good and bad about steel that comes from overseas. Also there are plenty of Aussie made trailers that you can buy cheap.

Bay-side, track-about, and a few other Brisbane mobs start at either 6 or 7k and if you look around you can end up with a trailer under this. I ended up buying second hand. To get the same thing new would have been 15k or same brand and new 25+k. I then paid about 1k for some canvas alterations to suit my needs ( 7m X 3m Awning)

Good start though ask as many questions as you can
