That’s a good looking set up.
Decided i did not like mine the way it was.
Full restore coming up.... Well not full. The chassis looks ok sort of, will work on that and add to it.
New suspension, lifted and a few things underneath like slide out cooker etc is cming.
Boat as i call it will be stripped down filled and painted with a high metallic purple paint.
Will build a totally new inside all wood. Nice seats/cupboards popup sink, recessed 3 way fridge.
Well a whole heap of things.
I may start a whole build thread on it. I am keeping pics. But for now i will post here.

What i did find interesting was the fact they riveted the floor to the chassis!!!! Like are you SERIOUS!!!! No fooling damn rivets.
I wont be doing that obviously. It will be bolted with plates to spread the load. Actually a gazillion things i plan to do to this old beast.
1970s camper going to be turned into a new unit.
Not mine but borrowed from a caravan/camping FB page.
Apparently it is know as a KennyBago. An option for our retired truckies maybe

Gives a whole new meaning to the term “sleeper cab” [bigwhistle]
I passed something that looks very similar to that going the opposite direction along the Stuart Hwy when I was on my way to work this morning. At first glance it looked like a flat bed with a caravan on the back. On second glance that's still what it looked like...

Bought this today. '04 Millard, island bed, aircon, very clean inside. Very happy with the way it towed behind the 200 tdi Disco.
This is our 1st van, plan to add a basic solar system/ battery and use it as is.
