Good title
Was wondering and thought I would seek the wisdom on here.
If I was to purchase a second hand caravan or camper trailer how do I know the person selling owns it or does not have a loan outstanding against it? Is there a register similar to that for cars?
For those who have noticed my location am referring to Australia with this question.

Personal Property Securities Register, Personal Property Securities Register is the address.
The dealer should provide a document saying that he is giving you clear title, but regardless of that you need to do a search on the register.
