Help - 16mm wheel studs for trailer

I have had some 10inch trailer hubs delivered which were supposed to have 16mm studs. They have 5/8 studs and I've been informed that the company can't supply 16mm studs... I know other people have had 16mm studs fitted but I can't find a supplier! Can anyone point me in the right direction, I need this sorted ASAP as I'm heading off in 2 weeks. Thanks in advance!

I think one buys genuine LR studs and has those fitted.

Trailer hub suppliers won't do it, period.

Take them to any engineering shop and get the holes drilled and the studs pressed in, unless you have a mill and press like we do, then it's a half hour job!

I drilled out the holes to take the land rover studs[interference fit], i got them from ebay.uk, make sure you get the correct length as they vary, i got the longer studs as i have disco alloys on my trailer.
If you order them tonight you should have them early next week

I get my studs from a mob in Sydney called Nice Products, they're in at St. Peter's, not genuine but they have all different lengths available.

5/8" is 0.125mm smaller. Not much, but of course, the concern is to have the same spanner size.

Bloody big difference if you are wanting to run factory nuts...

Diameter and Thread Pitch? I assume the OP wants to run the same wheel nuts.

I recently built a new trailer and when I picked up all the springs and bits and pieces from the trailer shop, the guy behind the counter asked me about hubs, and I said Landrover. he said yep, got a set of hubs here, so I think great saves me getting blank hubs and getting them drilled like I had done previously.

BUT!!!! the 5/8 studs have a thicker splined section compared to the landrover FRC7757 (63mm long) studs. So the Landrover studs are too small!

So I was gutted. The 5/8 studs will not fit landrover wheel nuts either - different pitch.
