Once I'd got over the commitment we made for the KK, everything now, no matter how inexpensive is giving me sticker shock !

Fit a brake controller and rejig the dual battery/fit a rear anderson, and do a service/rebuild on the SLS compressor so we can pick it up when it's ready .... transmission cooler sometime later (or sooner) .... and probably some new tyres after that as the rears are almost at 110k kms and I should fit some LT's since most of the Discos remaining life will be spent towing.

Then a temp' gauge for the auto & transfer case. Then an EGT, fix the manifold and studs, and finally a remap ....

Buy a camper, spend an additional **** load on the Disco ! Sticker Shock !!!

Mrs F keeps telling me it's only money and not to worry about it .... Yep, we're really spending the kids inheritance at the moment !

Photos will be posted at the appropriate time Pedro. Probably still another 6 weeks wait .... sigh ...

Uummm .... I'll probably just drill a hole in the trans' sump, and mount a temp' sender ...

Woo Hoo !! Got home this afternoon to a letter from the dealer. Kamper due for build completion on the 27/11/14 with handover anticipated between the 5th & 9th December .... About 5 weeks and counting.

... gotta get that brake controller install finished, AND fit new tyres, AND get the anderson plug at the rear sorted, AND ... AND ... AND ...
