Its not a RR hub, rather a trailer hub of some manufacture in the LR stud pattern.
What kind of damage? From someone punching out bearings with a hard punch in the past maybe?
Main thing your looking for is the bearings are still a light press fit in the bore.

If you put the rear bearing in the hub, put the hub on the wheel and measure from the edge of the bearing to the rear edge of the tyre, and you know the width of the tub, the trailer guys SHOULD be able to work out an axle length for you....you would like to think anyway.
