Caravan Protection?

We went with a full height van, light weight, Australian built Jurgens, with ensuite for the wife - I might enjoy that too. Didn't have time to check out the fishing gear, but all the usual suspects were there, so I would guess there would be plenty. We had to also visit the sculptures by the sea, which is close to Claremont but hours from home!

Van has a full frontal travel cover, but will look at Stone stomper for the Defender rear window. My TD5 breaks rear windows towing nothing, hopefully the Puma will be better behaved.

We didnt look at many vans on the main arena,had enough by then,was only kicking tyres.
I liked the Avida vans,that 50th anniversery one or its sligtly bigger 23 foot version.Really well made,and the slide out side made it look so much bigger.It is up there in weight,there was another bloke looking at the same time he was dissapointed when the salesman told him it was to heavy for his play doh:D:D:D:D:D:D I had to chip in,Ive got a D4 will that tow it,easy was the answer:):):):):):)
The pop top campers from QLD impressed me,but too cramped and the cooking facilities were all outside.
Went to the Jayco exhibit,ruled the pop ups out,looked at a "cheap" tandem axle with an enusite.Most unimpressed,the fit out was very poor compared to other vans.
From what we saw,$100K is what we would need to spend if buying new:(:(:(:(:(
