The alloy's spigot hole is too small.
Didn't I read Kimberly Kampers have it as an option??
The stud pattern is easy,VE holden is an exact match.
The issue is the Land Rover alloys have a small centre bore that wont go over all the generic hubs.

So here it is, ready to go.
The current wheels/tyres are 285/75/16 with an offset of 10.
As we all know D4 wheels are 255/55/19 with an offset of 57mm.
A little investigation required to see if the while be ok or rub on chassis.
Looks like handbrake cable is main concern.
Actually D4 wheels have a negitive offset with a 57mm back space(sorry for being pedantic) in any case D4 rims won't fit AL-KO hubs unless you grind out the centre hole, even though both the hub and rim have a flat surface, the hub has a taper down to that flat surface, this and the centre hole size is what prevents the rim from sitting flat on the hub.
BMW X5 19s may fit both the camper and car, but I'm not 100% sure.
Found these adaptor plates online, USA.
Large range of adaptors.
2 WHEEL ADAPTERS 6X5.5 TO 5X4.75 | USE 5 LUG WHEELS ON 6 LUG TRUCK – Wheel Adapters USA
I have calculated these would work perfectly on our Patriot Camper, taking into account offset etc.
4.75" is not exactly 120mm and LR nuts are rather snug fit in the rims.
Check out my thread.
Matching wheels proof of concept
I got mine from Wheel Mods Australia and they have the rim centering spigots. Just have to ask for your rim size.

They are engineered so OK for trailers.
