Not to much progress due to work and a bit hungover today so just sorting out handbrake and electric brake wiring routing so it does not catch up on anything with suspension travel, will chip away at it over the course of the week.

Well just finishing off the last of it this includes welding suspension in place, hope to start painting it next week weather allowing and it going to be red which should match the mag wheels.
next pictures will be it al together and then off to get it regisistered (hopefully) should not be a problem but who knows.
Also so adding a pillow block for spare wheel drive shaft when that arrives via eBay.

Have started to paint it, went for red to make it stick out using a roller so working not to bad next weekend will be finished then refit all the lights and stuff, adjust the toe in of suspension and weigh bridge time.

We'll have not done much and when rearranging carport to fit in three cars and two trailers with the D5 going on car trailer for going away over Xmas anyway when I got back rearranged things again and when backing trailer back into rear carport caught the mudguard on a post.
Could not see the sides due to bushes sticking out and could not see the guard and post interaction and having the D2 in low range did not feel anything so now had to chase up a different set of guards as 1st mob has disappeared.
So now rechecking the clearance before bolting new guards on.

Damage does not not show it to bad on photos,
Next weekend off to get the inspection done, just doing the wheel alignment, have checked all brakes and the break away system plus the lights and adjusted the time delay for position lights and rear hazard lights only comes on after 4 seconds with reverse selected.
