    I got that invite too.
It was a tad confusing, though. Something about manpower had been booked.

Well, you know it's quite possible that someone in the house would book Manpower - more than one person... But not me. 😉

Ok, shelf unit is finished for now. The shelves at the bottom will have some boxes made up to fit in them, again - after Corowa, but the rest is done. Maybe a little darker than I wanted but not unhappy at all. May put some LED strip on the top shelf as an uplight at some stage too.

The LH lower tall shelves will get some suitable 70's decor on them when I find something appropriate.

    Hi,
Must ask where you sourced them, I've been looking for fiddle rails for ages and none of the local chandlers stock them.
    Cheers

Caravans Plus - they are very expensive but these guys are the only ones I know who stock them. The 2 small rails and standoffs you see in the pic is over $100 worth.

Wanted a particular look, so I bit the bullet and did it.

Took it for a run today - brakes are amazing but found one a bit hot (just too hot to leave my hand on, not smoking or anything) on my return so just need to back that off a bit. Apart from that, it towed very well and nothing much moved inside - apart from the TV... My first attempt at a securing measure failed and when I got home it was on the floor... Amazingly it still works!

Onto what feels like the home stretch now. It's all tidied up, with just a few items to attend to and ready to be packed during the week - after Wednesday which is Rego day. Just need one more shakedown run to ensure the brkaes and bearings are all good and settled before then.

Then I just have to service the 101, fit the brake controller to that and I'm ready.

Leaving Sunday week so 8 sleeps to go. I'm never doing something like again to a deadline - it's nearly killed me. Still a 100 things to do, but at least I can do that while enjoying it on the weekends and not worrying about a deadline.

    Yep, deadlines are a pain.
I'm not going to have the 101 ready in time but, on the plus side, I sorted the earthing issue on the Perentie.

Still a list of things to organise next weekend.

Oh, and John was very impressed.

Harry knows all about deadlines, he has been complaining for weeks Just as well we are home 24/7 or we wouldn't have got it done in time.
