Would you tow a caravan to Weipa?
We are travelling to The Cape this year and I am having concerns that our 21 year oud Jacyo won't make it to Weipa where we are to leave it for two weeks. Any ideas? Yes it is off road but in 1985 that ment the put a sticker on it and underslung the axle.

I'd be closely inspecting all the welds and chassis integrity, with all those corregations you wouldn't want to be parting company half way up the track.
Also be looking at the suspension, 20yo springs may need replacing.

Your van may make it - but it be shaken to bits, and have a fair amount of loose, cracked or missing parts,i.e. doors, cupboards, joins, fixtures, structural parts 8O

Changed you picture Matt. Yes I am worried about all the staples popping out. You here so many different reports on the road conditions I don't think it will be worth it. Brisbane to Cains yes. Cains to Weipa no.
